The X1 series is a set of metal sculptures. The six metal pieces are composed of 4mm thick intersecting iron sheets. Resembling architectural miniatures, these installations convey a downward heaviness and gravity. The sense of rituality is brought forth through repeated symmetry and mirroring effects. These pieces, cloaked in black, emit an upward conviction like towers from a mysterious ancient site.
